Includes a Fine # 39 on piece and a VF #74 and continues to the 1930s with mint and used regular issues, semi-postals with souvenir sheets and abundant Parcel Post section. Numerous worthwhile stamps loose in between album pages and mounted on loose pages tucked into the spine of the album. Colonies include Ruanda-Urundi and Belgian Congo. Netherland starts in 1852 and continues to the 1930s with regular and BOB issues. Colonies include Curacao, Dutch Indies, and Surinam with mixed mint and used.
