BELGIAN BOY SCOUTS/DISTRICT LIEGE” cachet, a rare interesting item. Active from the early part of World War II until the summer of 1940, the service went from Brussels via Liege to the Belgian-Netherlands border by car and most likely illegally crossed the border at the small town of Eijsden.
