America service which broke down at Dakar leading to transfer by sea to Montevideo with Apr. 26 transit from where carried on the "Lafonia" showing Port Stanley May 6 receiving c.d.s., the cover with punched filing holes but rare. Ex Cottis. Photo. Son of the headmaster of Dungannon Royal School, Surgeon Lieutenant Edward William Bingham (1901-1993) served as expedition doctor as well as being in charge of the dog sled teams.
