1873-1912 Postal Cards: range mostly used in mixed condition and of modest value with odd better, noting 1892 1c+1c reply card Sc #UY3 from the Goettler Hat Co St Louis. The best items are unused Hawaii 1893 Provisional Gov't 1c Red and 3c Green Sc #UX3, 11 (the latter is very scarce and badly creased) and 1912 Philippines 1c Blue pair, Sc #UX11-12 (19).
