"THE ROYAL WEDDING" (1981) World Wide, First Day Cover Collection, with (72) official First Day Covers commemorating the July 29, 1982 wedding of Prince Charles and to Lady Diana Spencer. Issued by Great Britain, Commonwealth Nations and British Dependencies; from Anguilla to Western Samoa. Very clean and fresh, neatly typed addresses and attractive cachets. Many covers contain multiple stamps as part of a series of stamps by that country. FDC's are on pages with extensive supporting narrative in protective sleeves (some sleeves are wrinkled). Terrific collection by the Empire to commemorate the historic wedding. Published by Postal Commemorative Society in a large silver binder with blue inscriptions (Image)
