[Ron Butler at page 18 states "At an uncertain date towards the end of 1868 the colour used for the overprints was changed to blue". This must be an extremely early Blue Overprint. Superior to an example with roulettes at the base only, dated SP29/68, sold at the Prestige auction of 14.11.2014 for $975]
