Rare: Gibbons states that "various small Dutch East Indies islands near Singapore were administered as part of Malaya. Stamps of the Japanese Occupation of Malaya were issued to the Post Offices ...". Tebing Tinggi lies around 100km E of Singapore directly across the Strait of Malacca.
