image 1989-2002 Prefecture Issues in three binders, encyclopaediacally presented on formular album pages, rich in se-tenant pairs, se-tenant strips and panes. The somewhat disorganised presentation is idiosyncratically organised and not in Prefecture alphabetical order, which makes assessment of content depth problematic. However, the content appears to be very solid as a minimum, with some single issues being present as Souvenir Sheets, eg Ibaraki 1990 2y Crows SG #1 & Shizuoka 62y Tea Picker SG #1, odd se-tenant pairs/strips as full sheets, noting Gifu 1990 Spring Festival x2 sheets, SG #2a x20 (£124) & 1999 Yamanashi SG #4a x10 (£44), and a good many as panes of 10 with imperf outer edges, eg Iwati 1992 SG 3a & Ehime SG 3a (both £29). 5.9kg (qty) (Image1)
