AEROGRAMMES: 1933 King Faisal 15f grey-blue with tiny 'REGISTERED AT STATIONERS' HALL' imprint at lower-left, unused. Generally acknowledged as the World's First Stamped Aerogramme, and thus a must-have item for every Aerogramme collection. This is also a technically interesting item: the blanks were surface-printed but the stamp was added from a recess die. (Image1)
