Used selection from 1875 QV Perf 12½ 1d blue & 4d magenta and 1889 'ONE/PENNY' Surcharge, also including QV Keyplates 1889-94 High Values 5/-, 10/- x3 (one the "carmine" shade) and 20/- mauve & black/red x2 and 1898-1902 2/- & 5/-, then KEVII Keyplates 1902 Crown CA Wmk 10/- green & brown and 1907-13 2/6d & 5/-, KGV Keyplates 1913-21 Crown CA Wmk 5/- x2 (one on-piece with very fine 'QUITTAH' datestamps), 10/- x3 (two are olive back) & 20/-, and 1928 Castle 5/-, also 1935 Silver Jubilee set and a few KGVI Pictorials including 5/- & 10/- blocks of 4, etc, some postmark interest, condition a little mixed but most are fine to very fine, Cat £3000+.

Gibbons states that these were "withdrawn from sale in April 1893 when a large part of the stock was stolen".
