Card 33 (N5f),RW56 1989 Lesser Scaup, from WESTPEX 1990, held April 27-29, but the RW56 is ccld with the duck stamp station ccl of June 30, 1990. This is the ccl created by Jim Hautman for the First Day of Sale for RW57. The back of the card is stamped, "Neither the Federal Duck Stamp Program booth nor representatives from the program were present at the 1990 WESTPEX show." The Appreciation certificates were made available to the public on July 1, 1990. No Washington, DC, July 1 ccls were available, however the June 30 cancellation for RW57 was held open for 30 days.
