Mint and used collection in a Scott Specialty album with valuable early used material in mixed condition to 1990. Has #1 used followed by used # 14, 15, 17, 27, 28, etc.; well-filled 1870-1889. Includes #66-73 and #74-84 with high values nicely centered, good looking canceled #96-103, 1903-1908 set complete used,1928-1929 set complete used. Later material to 1990 is mostly mint.
