Rated RR+. Ex 'Sir Humphrey' (Brian Farmer): sold for a paltry $220 (Sale 118 Lot 290). That was 20 years ago and we have not recorded another example of either error, let alone both together, since then. [Date range including for the normal stamp 4.11.1868 to 24.6.1869] (Image1)

Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2010) states "rouletted (weakly)...extremely rare" but we can see no evidence of rouletting being present.
