Features material from British Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama (plus Canal Zone). Of special note is the attention Volume One pays to the region's nineteenth and early twentieth century philatelic printing anomalies, color variations, overprint peculiarities, cancel differences, counterfeits, and forgeries.
