1969 Pictorials 4c Floral Blenny (Fish) with the Pink Printing (Belly, Tail & Highlights on Fins) Completely Omitted SG 11a with 3c Shell both tied to an apparently commercial cover by 'CANBERRA PARLIAMENT HOUSE/6DE73/ACT-AUST' cds, Cat £2750 mint; unpriced used. With Derek Worboys' 1983 roneo'd release & former owner's advice both regarding the discovery of only 10 examples in a left-hand marginal block of 25, purchased in -.12.1973 at Parliament House. Several examples were postally used before the error was noticed. NB: Cocos stamps have always been valid for postage in mainland Australia.

1995-2001 Marine Life setenant proof gutter block of 4 with 80c at Left & $1.05 at right, and $2 block of 16 (2x8) with three gutters (two with 'traffic lights', the other with sheet value $100) that was unissued in this format, unmounted. The spurious story is that the $2 format was to simplify mail orders for gutter blocks of 4. Weird.
