image 1990 World Cup  3r Dribbling as SG 1043 but surcharged with '200.' handstamp in red strip of 3 tied by Cha Gim cds to 1991 airmail cover to Germany with Kampuchea Angkor Wat 35r pair alongside and 100r & 1r WWII on back, a couple of minor blemishes not affecting the adhesives. In a footnote below #1049, Gibbons [5th Edition, 2012] state "handstamped surcharges on this issue have been reported but not verified by us". Horst Osper Certificate (2016) stating (in German) that the stamps, cancels and surcharges are genuine.
