This shoe was made famous by Larry 'Grandma' Johnson during his time with the Charlotte Hornets. This was the second model in the signature shoe line of NBA star Shawn Kemp. Kemp, who played for the Seattle Supersonics, was known as the ‘Reign Man’ following his thunderous slam dunks, and the colourway complemented the Sonics uniforms of the era. Kemp and the Sonics were at the height of their success, reaching the1995-96 NBA Finals, but losing the series to Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. (Image1)
