Wei Hai Wei: 1930 series of covers, all from the same correspondent, from Liu-Kung-Tau Island to Sheerness, via Siberia, bearing Hong Kong KGV ovpt’d 2c pairs (2 covers), 4c pairs (4 covers), 4c single (one cover), all with Liu-Kung-Tau c.d.s, also Hong Kong KGV 4c on cover. There are also nine covers or wrappers bearing GB 1½d’s, pmk’d 'Received from HM Ships,' and a few other pieces. Nice, original correspondence posted around June or July 1930 prior to the return of Wei Hai Wei & Liu-Kung-Tau to the Chinese due to the ending of the British lease.
