image Topical Treasure Island. Eighteen-volume assemblage of popular topical singles and sets from around the world, post-WWII to the 1990s. Mixture of mint and used stamps, souvenir sheets, and sheetlets. We also noticed some postal mint sets and FDCs. Excellent condition throughout. Includes significant representation of wildlife, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, butterflies, moths, insects, masks, costumes, and artifacts. Stamps are expertly mounted onto clean homemade pages and housed in three-ring binders. Two of the volumes focus on a collection of philatelic material from Burundi from the 1960s to the 1980s. All in all, this lot has thousands of collectable stamps with plenty of charm, color, and appeal. Huge overall catalog value. Worth a careful look by topical specialists. (Image)
