UPU RECEIVING AUTHORITIES: 1902-04 Melbourne Printings ½d (defective) 1d & 2d Pictorials + Sideface 9d & Tablet 1/- all with 'SPECIMEN' Overprint & tied to an archival page by the large 'POSTES ET TELEGRAPHES/ COLLECTION/DE BERNE/ MADAGASCAR' cachet in rosine & officially certified at L/R. [The conventional wisdom is that three copies of each stamp were sent to each postal administration. In this instance, Madagascar appears to have been sent four sets.
