[Tennessee] MEMPHIS & HELENA, R.P.O., NORTH, VF "RMS" duplex, Jun 1, 1919, ties a 2¢ carmine (332) on an illustrated advertising cover for Lee Line Steamers, includes the original letter on a matching illustrated letterhead written aboard the steamer "James Lee"; both the cover and the letter are repaired, but would still make an attractive display, otherwise Very Fine.
