July 13, 1872 double rate cover from New York to Zurich, Switzerland, via England and Belgium.
This 10-segment circular grid cancel is one of only two recorded examples of Weiss type TR-G28 and is illustrated in his book on page 342. About 25mm in diameter, it may have begun as a 12-segment circular grid cancel and deteriorated through use to this state.
