image 1855-92, Specialized Queen Victoria Balance (Scott 9//59), a bright and cheerful collection sure to please, mounted on annotated homemade album pages (or parts thereof), spanning Victoria as both Queen and Empress; mixed mint and used with specialized material, all identified by Gibbons number, including pairs, shades, some lovely cancels, an inverted watermark, Proofs and Specimens (the latter often with Samuel types), #20-22 blocks of four mint, even a handsome set of used 1868 1a-50r Revenues (some cancelled by blind emboss, others with printed cancel and manuscript officer's initials), etc., Fine to Very Fine with much better, a beautiful assemblage; fully imaged online.
