1864, 10¢ deep blue, Keatinge & Ball printing (Scott 12 var.), complete sheet of 200, plate No. 4, with crisp detail in bold color, cleanly folded between panes, with several stamps showing interesting plate cleaning anomalies; left pane position 1 with repaired tear, right pane positions 1-2 hinged, both panes with toned spots, regardless, a Very Fine and scarce survivor, with 2020 P.S.E. certificate.
