1918 (Sept. 4), 3rd RAF Trial Airmail Flight, Toronto to Ottawa, return leg, franked by three 1¢ Admirals, tied by two strikes of three-ring "Ottawa/SP 3/18/Canada" postmarks, the center and right stamps further tied by faint flight cachet; cover also bears Airmail Semi-Official #CLP2; addressed to Toronto, with same-day receiver on back; includes a small copy of pilot Lieut. E.C. Burton's report, near Very Fine, only 118 letters (plus 18 Special Delivery) were flown Ottawa to Toronto.
