The letter was sent via Falmouth packet "Reindeer" to Halifax, rated 4/10½ Stg as double 2/5 packet letter plus ½d Scottish road tax, converted to 5/4 Cy, then double 1/8 (3/4) to Quebec, and 2/2 to Toronto, totaling 10/10 Cy collect.
