MILIT:POST XLIV, KLADANJ, 10/1 00" on a 5kr stamped envelope sent registered with handstamped "RECOM:" and manuscript "18"; also bearing a partial Uruguyan registration label and a 2 Feb Montevideo backstamp; very light water staining at the top, presumably from cleaning mildew stains, and detracting little, according to the accompanying certificate, otherwise Very Fine. 1900, New Currency, 1h, 2h & 3h, perf 12½ multiple 3-color franking (Scott 11-13), seven each of the 1h & 2h and eight of the 3h tied by Sarajevo c.d.s.s, 27 Apr 1906, on the back of a Registered cover to Poská Ostrava; the front bears a Sarajevo registration label and an additional c.d.s.; the back also bears a red "MG" wax seal and a 29 Apr Poská Ostrava receiver. The cover is homemade from an unused ledger sheet and the stamps, which equal the proper 45h registration rate, are, perhaps, arranged patriotically to resemble the black and yellow colors of the Hapsburg flag, Extremely Fine and choice.
