Largely complete with fresh material throughout, all on Scott Specialty pages; starting with #1-4 mint and used, the collection also contains #15 mint (signed Kosack and Grobe), 16 never hinged (signed Nemvalz twice), 18 mint, 19 used, 20 used (signed Estham); front-of-book appears complete from #29 on; Back-of-the-Book is equally nice, with #B9-B12 mint, C1-C6 mint, C7-C8 used (C7 "thin" noted), plus N1-N2 mint; a nice pre-Soviet gathering, Fine to Very Fine with better, take a look.
