1982-1995 POSTAL STATIONERY ACCUMULATION - Transportation series to Capital Cities series, majority are postal envelope, about 60 are unused and over 130 used, both size 8 & 10 are represented in many instances, many uprated to revised postal rates.
Most used in period with nice postmarks from the Maritimes, etc. Mixed condition on some, otherwise mainly F-VF or better throughout, light duplication noted but an unusually large group.
