FRESH AND FINE-VERY FINE. THE 15-CENT 1890 ISSUE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN AS A MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK. WE HAVE OFFERED ONLY ONE OTHER SINCE AT LEAST 1993.

This was the only Mint N.H. example of this plate block contained in Power Search until we sold the incomparable Dr. Johnson specialized collection of these issues in 2019.
