EXTREMELY FINE. A PRISTINE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 1916 HALF-PENNY GREEN & BUFF, SG NO. 1. ONLY TWELVE UNUSED EXAMPLES ARE RECORDED.

Only 25 were printed. Gibbs records just twelve unused and four used (including two on cover). Several of the unused have faults, making the example offered here one of the finest examples in existence.

VERY FINE AND RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1916 2-1/2-PENCE OVERPRINT, SG NO. 3. ONLY 25 WERE PRINTED WITH ONLY THIRTEEN UNUSED RECORDED.

Of the 25 were printed, Gibbs records just thirteen unused and five used (including four on cover or cover back). Completely sound examples are surprisingly difficult to acquire.
