Lot Sym. Lot Description
2683 og French Colonies Mostly Unused Collection. On album pages and some loose, most colonies start with the 1894 Peace & Commerce Issue and go through the colonial period or a little beyond, though there are some earlier stamps, and a few (such as French Polynesia and French Antarctic Territories) have a run of modern issues, quite comprehensive, with many desirable sets and high values from a wide array of colonies, several key stamps to the colony such as Dahomey 1912 10c on 50c with name in red, also numerous errors and varieties, largely Fine-Very Fine, an excellent basis on which to form an advanced collection of this popular area

2687   Germany Collection. Housed in a Scott album, much of the value in German States and early German Shield Issues, also with Offices and Colonies, some areas quite sparse while others well-filled, we notice numerous high-cataloguing stamps, quite a few signed and about fifteen certificates accompany, condition mixed but much is Fine or better, worthy of close inspection as we expect the catalogue value alone to be tremendous
