EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1923 2-CENT CARMINE PERF 11 ROTARY WASTE ISSUE, GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 JUMBO BY P.S.E. THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED.

With 1998 P.F., 2010 and 2013 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $2,200.00). Collectors familiar with Rotary Press productions for regular issues, coils and coil waste of this era know how difficult it is to find these stamps centered and with wide margins. According to the P.S.E. Population Report this is one of only two used examples to achieve this grade, with none higher. The next closest is XF 90 (Image)
