card handstamp, entered Mexican mails with framed "MONTEREY/ SEPTIEMBRE 6" datestamp, "FRANCO" and "2" handstamp rate on back, delivered to Confederate mail agent per manuscript "S.Y. Groos y Ca., P[uerta] Negras," who carried it across
