BISECT, THE "VINETA" PROVISIONAL, USED ON ORIGINAL WRAPPER. A total of 600 bisects were produced by the Commander of the ship Vineta to alleviate a shortage of 3pf stamps. The shortage occurred partly due to a large portion of the crew
