FINE-VERY FINE. AN EXTRAORDINARY SET OF THE 1899 POSTAGE DUE SET IN PRISTINE MINT NEVER-HINGED GUTTER PAIRS.

While individual values of the first Postage Dues in gutter pairs are offered from time to time, we could not locate another complete set. We checked with several New Zealand specialists, and none could recall a complete set in gutter pairs. The Scott Retail value of $1,726.00 as hinged singles seems irrelevant, given these are all never hinged and contained within very rare gutter pairs. (Image)
