1962   France Valuable Old-Time Mostly Unused Collection. To the early 1970s on album pages, also a stockbook (which contains significant value) and some loose, housed in Crystal mounts, well-filled with many high cataloguing 19th Century stamps, including the First Issue to 1fr, 1853-60 Issue to 80c, later issues with some duplication (incl. shades), such as two examples of the 1869 5fr Napoleon, also a solid run of Sage issues (including the rare 25c Ultramarine Type I with part original gum), 20th Century is extremely well-filled, with Postage issues, Semi-Postals complete, Air Post lacking only the Ile de France set, plus other Back-of-Book, the stockbooks contains items that should be mounted in the collection, some duplicates (including on better stamps), varieties (including 19th Century Re-issues), and more, plus an envelope of souvenir sheets, and other odds and ends, as this was collected decades ago, less attention was paid to gum and overall condition, and while the vast majority have Fine-Very Fine and fresh appearance, there are some faults and included are a mix of no gum, part original gum and full original gum stamps, overall a desirable collection boasting a huge catalogue value
