1947   Canadian Provinces Collection. In a Scott album, the collector augmented his collection with varieties, multiples and proofs, strongest is Newfoundland, with early singles and multiples, later unused sets and some blocks, plus there are imperforate varieties and proofs scattered throughout, Nova Scotia contains fourteen stamps of the 1851-53 Issue, incl. an unused 6p and a used 1sh, plus many proofs pairs and blocks of the 1860-63 Issue, Prince Edward Island includes proofs and multiples, also some British Columbia and New Brunswick, condition is slightly mixed, however there are a large number of Fine-Very Fine items, overall a most worthwhile lot with many highly saleable stamps and proofs
