Feb ?" circular datestamp to Charlotte N.C., couple stamps with nicks or small edge flaws

A SPECTACULAR AND HIGHLY EXHIBITABLE USE OF THE 5-CENT BLUE LITHOGRAPHED ISSUE. THIS IS THE LARGEST KNOWN FRANKING ON COVER.
