Verse (F13-5A variety), very slight horizontal crease barely affects stamp (really more of a wrinkle), slight edgewear

VERY FINE. A RARE SECOND CONFEDERATE FLAG DESIGN WITH THE "OUR NEW FLAG" SLOGAN.

This is a slight variation of the design illustrated as F13-5A in the C.S.A. Catalog. The crossed bars do not have shading in the four surrounding triangular shapes, whereas the C.S.A. Catalog illustration shows very definite shading.
