Large to huge margins including sheet margin at bottom, tied by red "New-York 5 cts 6 Feb." integral-rate circular datestamp on bronze and blue Valentine cover, red "Paid" arc, pencil "5" rate, address partly erased, stamp with few slight creases

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY RARE USE OF THE NEW YORK CITY CARRIER DEPARTMENT STAMP ON A PRINTED VALENTINE COVER, WHICH IS EVEN MORE DESIRABLE WITH THE TYING HANDSTAMPED MARKING.
