bisect from this correspondence on half of a folded cover postmarked New York Nov. 30, 1850, is contained in the Miller collection at The New York Public Library, a note from Elliott Perry accompanying this cover states "I am sure the split 10c there
[NYPL] is the other half of the copy you have.", a comparison of the two halves confirms Perry's statement, a copy of the Nov. 30 cover accompanies, with 1974 P.F. certificate
