Vertical strip of three, tied by Cocos Islands circular datestamp of 26 March 1991 on large cover to Canada, bottom stamp with trivial corner perf crease, cover with small faults (as expected on a commercial mailing) not affecting the adhesives, Fine, the 1991 Official stamp is actually very scarce postally used (Scott catalogs three C.T.O. singles at $390.00), with 2007 A.P.S. certificate, includes the original letter from an administrator on Cocos Islands noting how difficult it is to find someone on Cocos to correspond with due to the very high illiteracy rate (Image)
