In addition, there is a 20pa stationery entire envelope used from "Mahabad" (Nakri certificate: "A magnificent exhibition item"), plus a Russian stationery card used from "Hoy" to Balikesir, with negative Field Post office 28 seal, Ottoman censor mark (Nakri Opinion report: "this is the only recorded item from Hoy city during the Ottoman occupation, also the only recorded FPO negative seal used outside of Turkey").
