Finally, there are two covers from Seistan Arbitration Committee, one to Bombay another to London (Perso-Afghan Arbitration Commission (1902-05), was tasked to Col. Henry McMahon who established a camp and a Field Post office No.4, disbanded after a satisfactory agreement was reached between the two countries).
