Also included is a stationery 1c card sent from Tsimo to Hankow, showing a similar propaganda cancel (after the rebellion, many Boxers returned to Shantung Province. Special cancel was infrequently used by small stations along Tsinan-Tsingtao Railway to show continued contempt for present Manchu Emperor.
