(Deswoljeno Zensuroj = permitted by censor) handstamp was applied, fine, with 2013 Steuer certificate (stating "this is the first card I have seen with this Russian censor mark applied on incoming mail from Holland"). While War-time mail from German Post Offices in China is scarce, incoming mail is extremely rare (Image)
