1420 0 imageN° 7 "20c. blue", on large fragment, cancelled D.38-Nadrin, to Liège, spectacularly, the stamp was sent bisected, the rate between Nadrin and Liège is only "10c." and therefore the "20c." stamp was bisected and accepted, letter has been delivered because part of the receipt mark is on the fragment, rarity is mentioned in specialised catalogues, which state that a complete letter and a fragment exist, beautiful and unique, vf - see photo cover(Image 1)
