agricultural colony for 'non-cooperative and/or hostile indo-europeans' at Giesting on 5-2-2603, via Talangpadang 27.2.3 to Bandoeng. During January 1943 the rates were increased to 3½ cent. Therefore a 2 cent stamp was affixed because no ½ or 1½

Gunseibu In no. 711v-16b affixed, from Blinjoe 20.3.5 (vNV.050) to Palembang. The postage rate of letter sheets was first changed from 7½ to 5 cent, then revised to 8 cent, and finally to 10 cent, hence the 2 cent added to make up the rate of 10
