The cover is addr to WILLIAM BLACK during his brief term (1829-31) as PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL OF NEW BRUNSWICK. USA $1 Silver Certificate Bill autographed by 'C. A. LINDBERGH'-the famous American pilot who made the first solo flight across the Atlantic Ocean in 1927. Has also been signed by 6 others.
